With our refurbished Taylor 339-27 Twin Twist Ice Cream machine, you can offer all the popular soft serve variations from low or non-fat ice creams to custards, yogurt and sorbet. Serve two separate soft serve flavors, or an equal combination of both in a twist.  All our machines are brought up to the manufacturer specs and come with a warranty to give you confort with your purchase.

Mix Hopper

Separate hopper refrigeration (SHR) maintains mix below 41ºF (5ºC) in Auto and Standby modes. 

Indicator Lights.

Mix Low light alerts the operator to add mix.

Electronic Controls

Finished product quality is monitored by SoftechTM controls that measure viscosity.

Standby

During periods or no-use, the standby feature maintains safe product temperatures and consistency in the mix hopper and freezing cylinder.
