RETURN POLICY

Customer Satisfaction is our #1 Priority

We strive to bring you top of the line commercial appliances at very competitive prices. Every refurbished product we sell goes through a very stringent inspection and repair process. As such we warranty every product we sell. Our equipment has been used and while we make every effort to make the appearance as best as possible, we do not warranty the cosmetics of any equipment. We do urge that you inspect the item upon delivery and mark the shipping receipt as items can get damaged in shipping. If the product is not functioning as described within the warranty period, we will make every effort to repair that item to the standard of when it left our facility. If we cannot repair your item, we will offer a replacement (at our discretion and if available) or we will come pick up the item and offer a full refund. If you are simply not satisfied with your purchase or if you have changed your mind, we can accept products back (unused with all its original material and in its original box and pallet) within 30 days of your purchase less all shipping and handling costs.

To initiate service, please let us know by phone or email. Nothing may be returned without a return authorization code (RMA). We are very customer oriented, so please contact us to avoid any additional shipping or handling charges since the item(s) will automatically be refused on our end.

Damaged Merchandise
PLEASE REPORT ALL SHIPPING DAMAGE TO THE FREIGHT CARRIER BEFORE THEY LEAVE. ONCE YOU SIGN FOR A CLEAN DELIVERY, WE ARE NO LONGER RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY CLAIMS WHICH MUST THEN BE FILED DIRECTLY BY YOU.

Warranty Coverage
Please review each individual item description for warranty coverage. If the item you purchased from refurbpro.com is not functioning properly after installation and under normal use within the warranty period, please contact us directly in order to initiate a service request. After the warranty period we also recommend calling the manufacturer directly for a list of local technicians in your area. Please note that any service that is performed due to misuse or improper installation will be billed directly to you. The technician will discuss this with you at the time of the service before performing any work.
